Skitter.TV President and Co-founder Bob Saunders will speak at Com Net’s Tech-Con on Wednesday, April 14.  Com Net, Inc. is a wholesale provider of operation support solutions to Video, Internet and Phone (VIP) Service Providers. The company was formed in 1993 through the collaborative efforts of 17 Independent Operating Companies (IOCs) across Ohio to provide Signaling System Seven (SS7) A-Link and Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) Services. Over the years, Com Net grew to its current base of 22 IOCs.

The Tech-Con event will be held at Veterans’ Memorial Civic & Convention Center in Lima, Ohio.  Immediately following the opening keynote, Saunders will take the stage to answer the question, “Why Should I Provide Over-the-Top Content?” starting at 10:15 a.m. Skitter partner Zeugma Systems will also present as Tech-Con moves into  the afternoon.  Zeugma Vice President of Marketing Kevin Walsh will discuss “Rethinking the Edge: Policy-based QoS” at 1:00 p.m.”
